Your computer only stores proxy connection settings that allow it to send traffic through the proxy server. The proxy IP address itself is not stored on your device as part of its configuration. Instead, with each request, your computer uses the specified proxy IP address to access the Internet, passing requests through the server’s IP address rather than directly from your device.
