Return and Cancellation Policy
Once Prosox has provided paid services of adequate quality, the money spent on purchasing the services is non-refundable.
If the service was not provided in full or was provided inadequately (the personal account balance was not replenished, or the replenishment amount differs from the estimated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting us via email and receive a full refund of its cost or an equivalent service.
The period for consideration of claims and refunds is 15 business days. The right of return remains at the discretion of Prosox.
