Ethical web data acquisition is fundamental to our operations.

Only search for and collect publicly available information. Respecting our clients’ confidential data is paramount to us. Attempts to access protected user data may be considered a criminal offense.

You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or interfere with the use of the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any aspect of the Service or information to which you are not granted access by password mining or any other process.

You are responsible for actions related to your user account and must comply with applicable laws (local, state, national, and international), as well as agreements and regulations regarding your use of the Service, data confidentiality, international communications, and transfer of technical or personal data.

If you notice unauthorized use of your user account, you must report it to us immediately.

Infringing on the page owner’s copyrights is prohibited. To estimate the preliminary scope of work in accordance with regulations, try out proxy servers to select the appropriate proxy type and traffic volume.

Prosox’s corporate infrastructure is based on the transparency of every operation. We do not directly ask clients about the ethics of their work. We do not compile a list of permitted pages.
